That is dam good for that kit. IMO. Thanks! I have had a lot of help along the way. I am currently turning just over 10K RPM at WOT. I have a Malossi OR kit, and the variator is getting almost full travel, there is only a very thin line left on the outer edge of the pulley. I would like to coax a little more out of this setup where am I going to find it?

Doubtfully. I wish there was though, that looks like a sturdy, consistent air box.

Up gear it perhaps? Braaaap Yeah, that is what I am working on with the stage 6 gears in another thread, but it is a struggle so far.

Start at the top of a hill where the extra "weight" will be an advantage...

Yes, it has the malossi OR kit on it. So I will lighten up the rollers just a bit to get 11,000 RPM's. I also just found out the stage6 9.3 gears will work if I use a genuine Vento rim with them, so I will be installing the gears at some point. More about that: Stage 6 Gears

I went for a ride with my buddy today, we had a blast. It was cooler than I would have liked but it was still fun. The streetrace is tuned up real nice and is running about as good as it ever has. After the ride today I decided to go ahead and lighten the rollers up just a bit RPM's are currently around 10100 - 10200.
I picked up a Stage6 adjustable clutch a while back, but I screwed up and got a 107mm somehow. Since I thought I did not have any clutch bells that would work with it I put it on the shelf. Tonight I realized that somewhere I had a 107 clutch bell that should work with the Stage6 clutch. It came from one of the Vinos, so I dug it up and bolted it all up. I had to shim the bell out a bit so it would not hit the clutch nut, but I finally found the winning combination. I did a few short test runs and it was the first time I have ever been able to take off without the slightest bog and without the clutch grabbing too soon. I think I need to add some weight to the shoes, it must be slipping just a bit too much because acceleration is not quite as strong as with the other clutch.

I've never been able to get my Stage6 clutch to hook up very well. I have the Polini 2G on my 08 and it really hooks up. I like it so much more even though it's only a 2 shoe clutch. I'll be trying the HIT clutch on my new build.
