I used 90cc ATV shrouds. I usually pick them up from kaseaparts.com. They work fine for me on everything but the big Hoca head. Even then, a few of the fins burnt lines through the front of the shroud, but it still works.

Quick update I used the 25% off code for spi. Got an overrange tranny, pollini torsion arm, 5mm Reed spacer, top performance vforcereeds, stage 6 variator shim kit and a stage 6 Mark 2 clutch for $542 shipped. Pics coming when it gets here. I'm so happy my wife let my buy this stuff.

Can you tell me the part number of the Polini Torsen for Zuma ? I'll maybe need one. And I don't know the exact part number for it... They are for the 50cc aerox not the zuma. They can be made to fit but require some mods to make work. Search zuma forums for polini torsion arm and there is a wrightup with pics. When mine gets here I'll take pics and doc what i need to do to make it work. Spi had it on sale for 99 and with coupon it was 75 so i figured at that price how could i go wrong. I forwarded a msg from corrosion with a copy of the link to you. He is running one on a zuma and details what he did to make it work which is why i bought one, it can be made to work but is not a bolt on. Good luck Sent from my PG86100 using proboards

Got the last of my order from spi Monday. Polini wd torsion arm, overrange, v force reeds, stage 6 clutch shims and Reed block spacer. I got some shrouds off of eBay looks like it's time to stuff this thing in and see how it does.

Just bought a set of aerox 100cc rims for the zuma. Rims weren't bad but the shipping from England sucks

Those are so nice and rare. I think you have to have them powder coated.

Of coarse I'm right. I'm good at spending your money too! Maybe our wives should get together and start a support group. Al a scooter. Lol

They are going to look good with the stage 6 forks and Polini torsion arm lol. The selling point for the wife was a pic of pig's wheels and what they cost plus the 100 dollar brake drum and she decided these weren't so bad lol
