Can you please confirm the Lv 4077r will work?. I have messed with cvt tuning on my 4stroke moped. Man it can make or break the bike! Albeit it does have a wider powerband than a 2 stroke. The 2 will definatly make more power, just have to tune the cvt to use the power. Sound right? Thanks mofus for the help.I will have pics up on monday when I get to a pc. The bike is looking pretty sick IMO. I blasted the frame and wheels. Then painted by the frame satin black and the wheels yamaha blue with blue handle grips.

4077r says it's for a Zuma with the horizontal minarelli, so it should work. The Zuma pipes are dented to clear the center stand. Not sure that it's necessary on a Jog. If not another model could work, like maybe the 4575R.

Thanks I will check into that. I would prefer a pipe without a dent in it!

Also, the only stand that came on my bike is the big stand that actually holds the back wheel off the ground. You have the have the kick stand down to kick start the bike because I kicker hits the kick stand otherwise. I want to ditch the big kick stand and get a frame mount lean to the side stand

The zuma pipe might need a few washers at the mount but should work. No dents is ideal but I don't think they hurt much at the power levels we see

I don't think they hurt much either. I just wouldn't pay the same for a dented pipe if I could use one that isn't. If you can get the Zuma pipe much cheaper, go for it.

There are, but the ZX is about as good as you'll prob get for that price. Stage6 Pro Rep is also popular.

I am considering getting a new crank, bearing, seals. What would you guys suggest? I want something to drop in, maybe a stroker like 43? Or 41.4mm or even a stock stuffer. I have heard that my crank can't handle the 10rpm. I checked the play in rod and only a bit side to side. If I split the case do I need a flywheel puller?

A 169-317 would replace the stock unit? I am worried about toasting my old crank and bearings.
