Don't plan on pushing the stock crank far past 10,000RPM for long. Sometimes they're fine, sometimes they aren't.
The 41.4mm would fit. If you change stroke you may have to do a little more adjusting to get the cylinder you choose setup just right. The piston will go 1.1mm higher and 1.1mm lower in the bore.
There are a lot of cranks on Racing Planet too. I put a Naraku in Project 49 after I killed it at 10-11K. It was pretty inexpensive, but seemed well made.

Motoforce Evo (all metal full circle) are good crankshafts in a budget. Even better, the Doppler ENDURANCE is also a great choice in a budget (better than motoforce). If you want to build something crazy which revs a lot (or you just want to be safe in case you go farther) the Metrakit crankshaft aren't that expensive for the power and revs they can handle.
I tried some 41.4 setups on 70cc BBK and the only ones who ran fine as-is were the autotech cast iron cylinders. Lower timings with stock stroke means that the timings will not go crazy with a 41.4mm crankshaft. Stage6 sport pro (as-is, with the thick base gasket who came with the crankshaft) needed to rev a LOT to perform well, and it didn't lasted. Only sport pro I made able to run well and last on a 41.4mm stroke used a coat of RTV as base gasket and a standard, non-centering/recessing head like the MK1's.
Full circle crankshafts with plastic inserts will not last the revs like a full metal-full circle crankshaft.
I'd change the crankshaft and bearings+seals for safety and performance, you're better to do everything at once. I don't think you'd like to break a crankshaft no long after installing your brand new engine. Or find you have a bearing which is falling apart. OEM jog crankshaft is tough, but age is there.
Going stroker, IMO, is only worth with a cylinder which is meant for that stroke. Unless you want to epoxy and mod ports, it will be a lot of work to fit a standard stroke BBK on a stroker, maybe not just spacing the cylinder. Generally, the std stroke will perform better than the stroker (with a lower revving setup) on a std stroke bbk just because timings will be way too high on a stroker with mild pipe.

It's not my website it's the website I take most of my parts from, I help the owner also. We don't have any Amazon account Sad thing with Amazon is that you can't get higher quality parts, like Malossi etc. IMO a LeoVince ZX is a mild pipe best suited for 50cc or mild 70cc. There's a big gap between the ZX and the Yasuni R, for example. Just forget the hoca pipe IMO. Loud, slow compared to other models, rust fast, etc. I had a similar exhaust for my firend's scooter and he wasn't happy with it. With your gift card, instead of trying to get a good crank and pipe, you may try to get a carb, jets, rollers, etc. Some parts like these aren't parts which have a big load on it so it's not a problem if you take a cheaper part, you'll need them anyway once you start tuning it.
