i have a engine question. On the flywheel side is the oil pump. I am getting rid of it. There is a circlip and then a round plastic peice that has a steel rod that slides through the crank that holds it in place.under the plastic (looks like a small doughnut) is another circlip. If I am not going to use oil injection and longer do I need to put that plastic doughnut and circlips back? Or is the only thing I need on the flywheel side is the key, flywheel and fan?

What reeds should I use? Or should I get a different reed block? I am splitting the case as I won a doppler endurance crank for 100$. So if I had to do a bit of removal from the case so a different block will fit I can. Or just get some fiber reed as with stock boot?

i won this crank, is it a good one? i think so but would like another opinion. I also got the case split yesterday and the old bearing out. Is there any case mods to perform before putting new crank and bearings in? Like does the intake need modified if i am going to use a V3 reed block? thanks guys

Dell'Orto are good carbs 17.5 will take less fuel than 19mm, it's enough for a street 70cc set-up.

id go with a 19mm minimum or up to 21mm for 70cc.
