what was the air temp and the humidity level? Both can greatly effect engine temperature readings. Haha, guess I should up jet or get some duct tape. Sorry I couldn't resist. you don't need duck tape just some hair bands. Happy Birthday.  |

cool i haven't pushed my scooter that hard yet. I run 8900rpm at 55mph. Just curious to compare them between our builds. Wow, nice to know you got it up that fast. I hope I can get my whale to go that fast.  |

I dropped of the new cvt cover I cut up a while ago and the floor boards to be powder coated gloss black yesterday. I went the safe black route since I've been toying with the idea of 13" wheels and don't know what color those will be. Hopefully it will be the last cover for this scoot. Lol! Any thoughts on the max temp I posted above? Damn, do you sleep at all? It's nearly 6am and all I'm thinking of is Dunkin Donuts coffee before I get to work today.   Lol. I'm old and go to bed early, get up early and catch up with what all the young night owls have been up to. |

Just got back from a ride to my barber. It's pretty windy and you can see the difference in temp when riding into the wind versus with it. With the wind cruise about 10.2k rpm @ 53 mph 320*F. Into the wind 11.3k rpm @ 52 mph spiked at 390*F.

Awhile ago I was reading the local drag strip's rules and one thing I saw was that two wheelers need a tethered kill switch. So I ordered this with my last order from Scootertuning.ca. Should be legal from there if I ever get there.  |
