Are we back to race status exactly like in your sig? It's gotta be something small.... it'll come to you. Might need a black pearl ride and a epiphany š

could it be the Rectifier?
or the clip coming off the carb needle?

could it be the Rectifier? or the clip coming off the carb needle? Iāve been through the carb a bunch of times, pretty sure itās good to go. Iāve checked pretty much everything accept the cylinder and piston. I really donāt want pull it apart but I probably should.

Double check that all plugs are snapped together and you didnāt pinch a wire with the body panels.

I pulled the cylinder and it looks like might have had very minor soft seize. Itās on the intake side which is kinda unusual at least in my experiences. Thatās also where the piston ring pin is. Is it possible I put it together and the ring wasnāt locked in place by the pin? If so would that cause the issues Iām having? Iām at a loss if this isnāt the problem. I didnāt have any sealant to put it back together tonight so itāll have to want for another day.

Doubt if that small scuff would hurt anything, likely a high spot that got honed down during running..

The scoot looks fantastic! Well done on the refresh.
You say that the scoot was running fine before you did the fairing and handle bar swap? Did you check all the grounds? My Prebug had a body ground wire inside the stock handle cover which i had to re-attach to the frame at a different place since the nacked handle setup didn't give me any good spot. Maybe you missed a wire when swapping the handle bar?
You still use the stock Iggy right?

I got annoyed with the thing and itās sitting in a pile of piece on the floor. Itās probably extra fucked now lol

It was a black wire with a ring connector that connects to the handle bar.
