Its a good one for low-end punch. Lol, like night and day huh?
The stunter guys like this kit for that reason. Good off idle hit.

Man, low end grunt doesn't come close to describing it!lol it is like night and day. It sounds evil, even through the stock pipe. Before it was too quiet, not anymore. It has an evil growl, sounds like a 2t dirt bike! I never imagined getting this much power out of a scooter. The neighbor saw it try to get away from me, and on my return trip, he had his son and wife out in the yard looking at the scoot. The new carb leaked around the bowl seal, so I made a cork gasket for it, and that seems to have cured it. I tried the 80 main, middle needle clip, and its just about perfect. I think the 5 gram weights would have made it too difficult to handle on take off.

Oh yeah, it seems to run COOLER than the stock cylinder too. More power, and it runs cooler, it just doesn't get better!

I'm really happy for you man! Sucker hauls the mail huh? That is great, that was my first hone job, guess I did a good job haha. I have seen it done so I had an idea. Make sure your brakes are good enough for the extra speed. Awesome dude.you better be careful with rpms but I think u are safe with stock pipe. I guess you have no idea what rpm you are turning? Great job, that what its all about man! Wish we could see a vid

Oh man it's great. No, I have no clue about the revs. BTW, can someone suggest a decent tach with a decent price? Nelson, you did a fine job with the honer. Great compression, smooth action. Thanks for all of the help everyone. Once I change the belt it's hard to tell how fast this thing will go. I hope the pipe will hold down the revs, I am going by ear as to when I back off of the throttle. That pipe sounds great for stock, the thing growls, It's not too loud, but damn it has an evil tone now.

What pipe is on there? Maybe instead of buying a gauge in would be wiser to invest in a better crank. I know its a lot of money but I hate to see the bottom end explode! I have a trail tech and its great. Maybe that would keep you safe if you have enough discipline, haha

2strokd has run the crap out of a few hot builds with stock cranks, held up well.I think when the revs get to 12,000 the need for high end stuff is needed...

Started feeling sick at work. Came home and the entire house smelled like gas. Went to the dining room, and there was an entire tanj of gas on the floor. I cleaned it up, but everything was wetso I couldn't tell where it came from. I have a killer migrane so i'm not messing with it right now. Later. Thanks for everything guys. That is one mean. Scoot. Kinda scary on 10 inch wheels!!! How much does the cdi rev limiter hold revs to.,sorry about my wording. Chris

I don't think the cdi is going to hold the revs. I've seen mid 11's with my stock cdi when tuning.
