I want to get one that These Jets will fit. I just bought them and I don't want them to go to waste.

Stock carb should be fine unless yours is unusually small. I've used a stock 16ish mm carb on 90s before. I will say you get a benefit in cooling the 90s from a 19mm+ carb, but for right now I don't know if it's worth your money to do that swap. The carbs I'd be most likely to use would not use your Mikuni jets. I like the DellOrto 19-21mm PHBG carbs . You'd have to go up to the PHBL series and those have the same thread pitch and diameter as the VM11/22 jets, but the head is shorter. Not sure if there would be clearance issues. I really wouldn't recommend that anyway, because the big carb is harder to fit and requires a new intake and isn't going to give you gains over them PHBG carbs for the added effort. Lots of info on carbs here (let it load a sec and it'll take you to the right post): 49ccscoot.proboards.com/post/44367/threadIf you check back in the thread a bit it'll show you the fit of each carb too.

Man, good news! But as Brent mentioned I would not use that pipe I sold you, not on a 90cc. Your scoot is probably restricted one way or another? If its drivable at the moment is there anyway you can make a "ride vid" of it running/riding so I/we can help you diagnose it better? For instance if it gets to a certain speed/RPM and hits a rev limiter. It might be a compression issue like Brent suggested? How do your rings look? When they get real worn it becomes pretty obvious. One side almost always wears down more than the other, leaving the ring thinner on that side. I had one 90cc on a lil quad that had worn rings and ran but ran weak and would rattle. Took it apart and saw the rings barely holding together they were so thin. Paper thin on one side! Your engine has plenty of potential even in stock trim if the time is taken to port match everything, etc.. Basically blueprint the engine, get some real numbers, maybe a better carb? Better CVT and some taller final drive gears, bolt the desired exhaust to it and let it RUN! This would make my day

Just read through and see you only have 300miles. Did you get it new? Whats to say someone didn't unplug the cable before? Just sayin... Cool scoot anyhow!

Well i need some new gaskets to put it back together. What thickness would i need for the base gasket?

I'm not sure about that pipe. Some 50-70cc pipes will run hot. I burnt the piston on one of mine using a 50-70cc exhaust with a small stinger (the part between the expansion chamber and silencer).

Do you know what thickness gasket i will need for the base gasket on the cylinder?

You can use the stock pipe for now. The pipe you got not being designed for a 90 can cause you to overheat and seize.

I found some at work. I'll try it and see how it works.

Not sure how well it'll work, but if the stinger is an appropriate size it should at least run at a safe temp. Needs to be the right size or the pipe won't work as it should. 19mm is about the minimum you want on the 90s. I think 190mech says up to about 22mm IIRC.
