Mines about on par with 90GTVert's specs. Except I am running a complete different engine/set-up, but still A/C. 2003 Kymco Cobra (Top Boy), 47mm bore iron cylinder, 21mm PHBG carb, Leo Vince SP3 exhaust

If you do a stroker look for 45mm.

You should double check vari shaft size if you want all you components to work. Vari, fan, starter clutch, shims, etc..
I 'might' be selling a Ruima stuffer crank? 45mm stroke 16mm vari shaft. Im kinda holding off to see if more resurface soon? Ive seen supplies slowly dwindle down but no restock in some time on these.

Sorry guys, I've been working a lot lately and haven't had any time to post on here or work on the scoot. I'm probably gonna try to get a stroker crank when I get around to looking at them.

I just went looking for one of those 45 stroke orange stuffer cranks autotech355 used to sell for 90 plus shipping. Didn't find any of those heck 45 cranks in general on eBay. Used to be everywhere Sent from my SPH-L720 using proboards

If my scoot is running too lean at WOT, do I want to put in a larger jet or move my needle up?

Also, I found a 45mm stroker crank from autotech355 but it is for a 10mm wrist pin. It's the only one on ebay. Could I just get a new piston and wrist pin in 10mm?

Bigger main jet for wot. Yes you can use a 10mm piston and pin.

I put a bigger jet in and it helped at WOT but I still have a problem. Anything under 2000 rpms and the scoot vibrates like hell. What would be causing that? Also I got my speedometer in the mail a few days ago, just need to install it now.

Clutch issue perhaps. se if the clutch is trying to grab at idle.

That crank will fit in a 50 without machine work but you can't find 50 to 54mm pistons with a 10mm pin. If you do let me know. I've got a few 45mm cranks but I'm not sure if I want to get rid of them I went looking for one the other day and couldn't find what I wanted Sent from my SPH-L720 using proboards

Well the scooter shop was no help to me. More of a scooter store then a shop. The guy tried talking me out of a big bore kit saying I'll only get a 4mph gain out of it. He said to get a new coil and cdi and it would do more then a big bore. Lol yeah, so I won't be going back there ever again... Funny. I got the exact same response from the guy at the scooter place by me. (New Port Richey, FL) When I asked if they had my CVT rollers as I wanted to try a few different weights, he said "That doesn't do anything- just keep them at the stock weight." Lol. These guys need to be at 49ccscoot.com.
