So i changed the back brakes and had to takes the exhaust off. This is what my exhaust port. Is that build up or how the cylinder is? Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk Attachments:

That's very common on these engines. I think it's a good idea to match it up if you get an aftermarket pipe and/or additional port work, but it's not likely to do anything till then. I tried a before and after on my 49cc project and the results were not worth the effort/gaskets.

I do see some build up. I was just wondering if the oval shape is normal or its suppised to be a circle shape?

Well im going to buy an exhaust when i get the bbk. Im also going to get a new carb and intake manifold with reeds.

Ive been searching all over to find the carbonfiber luggage rack to put on it. Maybe ill buy new tires next.

Vento Triton GT5 had the CF look rack. Strada RX8 and other similar ones had them too. I could have swore I knew where to get one, now can't find it.

you can use a strap wrench to hold the variator to take it off if you have one.
