It says this on the page without the brakes included : "Color in stock: Orange (If you need other color like Red, Blue, Golden or you need the 27mm tube front shocks, we can reserve but it takes longer to deliver. Please send message for inquiry.)" That's for the 26mm tubes the 30 like Dave got are a package with brakes Sent from my SPH-L720 using proboards

I just got Daves old brakes and wheels and handlebar stuff. I'm going to use that on my Eton to upgrade to 12 inch wheels and bigger brakes the Eton had a 150mm disc yuck. I'm looking at a set of those small tube forks as an upgrade for the crap Eton calls suspension lol

BAM!!!! I installed the bbk today. Took out the oil pump and oil tank. I went from a 75 main which was stock and brought it up to an 85 main. Seems to work pretty good after figuring out that I had an air leak at my intake. My belt is no good I put my old one back on right now Until I get another. I seem to have bought the quijang belt that was advertised as a Bando belt on. not very happy about that, lesson learned.
I took it for the first test drive today. On takeoff it revs real high until second gear hits. While cruising at 35 mph my rpms are a little lower at 6800 versus 7000-7200 rpms. I know I'm not supposed to go full throttle at first but after about 60 miles I did and got up to 42.3 mph at 8300 rpms in short bursts. Before I was going 40-41 mph at 9200 rpms.
I can feel the difference slightly. It will take getting used to riding it in order to feel out how the engine is running. I believe that switching weights in the variator and changing the clutch springs and contra springs after a little more break in will bring this right to where I want it.
I will be posting some pictures soon of my busted piston and cylinder soon as I charge the phone.

After installing the 47mm BBK from Scrappydogs. It felt like the scooter was still a 49cc scoot. Felt a bit more peppy, but nothing to really go crazy about. I figure some cvt tuning and also a good pipe will probably open this thing up. at 30mph rpms are at 6k. At 35 the rpms are at 7k. At wot I hit 9k rpms and go 43mph. I finally got a "REAL" Bando belt and put it on today. Opened up the cvt cover checked my variator out which shows marks 1/4" away from the edge and the belt sat in on the clutch. Put the Bando belt on which seemed to fit like a belt should. Took the scoot out for a spin and the difference in rpms in pretty big. 35 was at 6k rpms and 40mph only got up to 7500 rpms. I can feel a difference in the shifting now. Pretty slow climb to 40. I suppose I should start tuning the cvt now. I want to buy a new pipe for it, but I can only do one thing at a time because of money. Cvt tuning or pipe. My current stock pipe is starting to fall apart. No holes in it though.

Keep in mind the CVT will need a complete retune after you install a new pipe.

Maybe just go with lighter weights or a stiffer contra spring for now and then save up so you can do the full tune up when you get a pipe.

Here is the list of what I bought today. 1 x Time-Sert 37105 M7x1.0MM Tap GUide 1 x TIME-SERT M7 X 1.00 Metric Thread Repair Kit 1 x reed valve gasket for Minarelli horizontal 1 x ignition coil Naraku Racing V.2 high output 0 1 x air filter foam element Malossi red sponge 1 x cylinder bolt set Naraku incl. nuts M7 thread 110mm overall length - 1 x exhaust Tecnigas Next-R
Then I took my engine off it's frame. THen brought it inside to my bedroom so when the parts come I can get right to it. I have never taken an engine off of a scooter before. It really isn't that hard I don't know why I didn't do it before. I don't have a garage or a shed I ust have my bedroom. I was trying to upload pics, but I can not upload from my computer anymore. I'm goin to give it a good cleaning tear down the cylinder clean that. When the Time-sert gets here then I'm going to tap the cylinder studs that are stripped I wish I had more to put on this thing since I have it in my room.

I was trying to upload pics, but I can not upload from my computer anymore. Sorry, but the attachment space is all used up and I couldn't keep up with cleaning and re-hosting anymore so you have to use a host to share pics now. There's a photobucket tutorial in the link below if needed and there are lots of other free hosts out there that are easy to use. 49ccscoot.proboards.com/post/7984
