I guess another update is in order. Silly Kevlar belt i strongly advised against but the owner used anyway snapped on him and when the RPM shot to the sky what was left of the belt wadded and pinched between the case and vari. Bent the shit outta the vari shaft and pushed the crank way outta balance Why used a belt thats stiffer (way too stiff when cold) and slows your scoots 60-100fts down dramatically. Scooter-attack tested belts on the same scoot. Testing the belts cold from 0-whatever speed and the best performer was a good ole Bando standard. Ive only seen the Kevlar and cheap ass belts snap like that. And when the kellis go! Oh, boy anyone thats been there can attest to the rats nest and busted parts after the bomb blows I run a low 8second pass with an engine that makes 30HP in stock trim... I use a standard 49cc belt without an issue yet. Burnouts for days! Low to no pressure slick launches! 11oclock power wheelies while rolling over 20MPH and nailing it.. Never had one belt issue, thankfully To tell a self proclaimed no the fuck it all he is wasting money on BS while we stand next to a 30+ horse rail using less belt size than he snapped is like taking down a bee hive with a broom stick and swift karate chops. Might get the hive down but the jobs still not gonna get done dumbass! Wanna argue and fuss before and after your idea fails, then still have nerve to tell me how it should be done? Come get the engine and pay me for BS comp

Must admit I used to use the Stage 6 Kevlar belts and never had a problem. The standard Yamaha belts used to wear really quickly, and make lots of dust. They do take some wearing in though to get the best from them.

You might have some CVT bind causing the belt to wear quicker Aeroxbud? But if the S6 one is holding up you must have not gotten Bando,s in it from YamaChina? What is the correct way to say Aerox? We never got/get them here so ive never even had the pleasure to see one let alone say the name right lol. Cool scooter for sure I hope they havent started making those in China now too Bando makes the Polini non craplar 49cc belt in my quickest/fastest 125cc 30ish+HP dragster that has yet to let me down with some hard ass digs, spins, and nothin but wins If it hooks good enough i get calls from NASA asking how/why i messed up the rotation of our planet again . Now my ass is starting to talk too much

Now my ass is starting to talk too much You can tell some places don't insure a lot of Aerox, because they used to pronounce it Aero x when I phoned up for an insurance quote. Its pronounced like Air rox. Keep smoking them on the strip I never used to run the Fan on the variator so that might of contributed to the wear.

The color scheme and all I knew thats how ya said it but some ummm "people" seem to know all when they get to an "event" of sorts. I just shake my head and 2T away
