Scooter is back out for a tuning on the fresh LC Stroker Minarelli and then its going up for sale.. Fresh straight cut 9:1 finals in the trans, OEM was 12. More to come.... Hey John said that crank I sent you was a 45mm. Sorry about that it came out of a 1e52qmg. I thought they were 42mm like the 50mm bore motors. Did it end up working out for you? I was looking at some clone motors and the Zuma motors and the Yamaha is thinner od but just at the edge. Once you get in a mm or so from the parting line they look thicker. Some of the after market cranks come with a spacer to go between the halfs but I don't know if the crank is wider or they are milling that thin edge off and replacing it with a thick spacer. I had a set of gears in an 05 Zuma I just lent to a friend. They were malossi 15/40 primary for 2.66 ratio with the Zuma 3.66 secondaries for a 9.73:1 overall. malossi part number m6711297 they are for the sr50 but they fit the Zuma. The sr and Zuma must be almost identical. Would be interested in your gear box info. The Zuma uses a splined gear on the axle for the secondaries. Aerox is pressed on the axle for the secondaries. I've been told the middle shaft is different size on the Aerox but I haven't pulled mine to compare to a Zuma yet. Also is the axle spline smaller on that than the clones? The aerox is smaller with a hub that mounts to the axle then the disc mounts to one side of the hub and the wheel bolts to the other side. The Morini powered sr has the large spline axle but the wheel and hub are all one piece. The disc mounts to the wheel. Sorry for all the questions. Thanks brian

I cant really answer your questions as i didnt take notes on the differences in engines. I just build em anymore The output shaft is smaller than the common thick CVT cover, side mount trans longcase Minas yes. Zuma gears and belt are the same i believe? Sorry i am not more help but i just build em these days

You answers the question. Must be using the Aerox axle they're smaller than the standard clone and Zuma. Glad you got it togather
