Dellorto need needles to get right. At least in my experience. If it's not right on the needle it will never tune out. Nowhere near as forgiving as a keihin.

2 different Honda malossi cranks. You ordered the small spline one most likely.

I need some help from across the pond to get a bunch of NRG pieces though to get it happening. I only have the front shroud, need all the inner panels, the rad and expansion tank and hoses and a new headlight.
The front fender would be sweet too.

Not with typhoon front really unless there was some creative plumbing.
I have a NRG front end here though which did come liquid cooled and gives more space as it moves the headlight

Make a little tool set for the lathe with Allen keys, crescent wrench little paint brush and pliers, your productivity will thank you...

A pair of needle nose pliers by the lathe to clear chips. Dont ever grab strands of chips unless need to perform a blood sacrifice after tuning. Brass, steel and stainless are the worst offenders.

put an o ring in and also use the copper, problem less.
Edit, i didn't refresh, doh.
Also use either a countersink or a step bit cutting thin sheet.. it bites less.

No this was an add on variator to your typical piaggio or minarelli that allowed you to "shift" via 2 buttons up or down.
It was kinda gimmicky and didn't really work well from what I read. But made your scooter sound like a shifty.

I think it was a dutch or german company, they were a variator that had the ability to shift by pushing a button.
I remember watching a video of it, and finding a few old articles about it, it's pretty old probably early 2000's.
Just trying to remember the name of the thing so I can show someone else.
I have googled the hell outta it but no luck

If your squish is a couple of mm that's probably part of the issue.
