Those CP are great, you can get them with a knob choke. Uses Keihin style jets.

On the 2t research and development thread Mr overmars has said before more oil = more power. But the side effects are deposits and fouling. Depends on the oil but most synthetics run pretty clean.
I think most of those gp bikes run 20:1
On a race engine that only sees a few hours of use before tear down that's probably fine.

More oil, more power. Drink the oil and pee it out on an as needed basis.

I am wondering if there just isn't enough gasket crush leading to failure. You want about 18% protrusion for proper seal on an o-ring.
Also those gaskets look like the ones from my Stage6 modular race kits. They use those fancy green rubber on them. Perhaps a better quality gasket?
I would also copper coat both faces, just because. That stuff is magical.

If you forced it on most likely damaged the rings, piston or the cylinder skirt in the process.
Usually you crack the cylinder skirt or break the end off the rings.

Hondas are cool cause they are so small. But yeah the motors are just not crazy capable due to limited availability of go fast things. Not like a Yamaha or my current favorite Piaggio.

I bought the board when I broke my knee and started the S6 motor.. the board has been sitting on my computer since then.
I finally got the mechanical side done... still waiting on sensors etc...

You should get a few pistons in a nikasil bore before it gets that worn. If it's an "a" in there put another "a" in..
most likely unless you see skirt wear you can just do a new ring.
