I could possibly make that, but to be fair I think making a simple spacer thru the frame to keep it from squishing and running an M10 bolt thru it all would be more than strong enough.
Like 90% of all twin shocks use a one sided bolt.
Not trying to talk you out of safety but I think it would be overly complex and cost you $$$ for zero real gain.

I have a small CNC at home as well as a small machine shop. What are you after?

I have the MVT. The instructions are terrible on all of them.
Yellow and White out of the ignition are the 2 phases of the alternator, they go to the Regulator yellow/white. This is your 12v output
Red with a black tracer is your ignition pickup, it goes to the black input on the paper but I bet it actually goes to the red/black mystery wire
The yellow/green goes to ground
On the CDI box the black also goes to ground, there is an extra lead off this I guess you could also tie into your harness.( what 90gtv said makes sense, perhaps the extra leg is for the stator ground to plug in?)
thing to note this appears to be a 12v CDI, which means you want 12v switched going into the purple(or they say maroon)
The orange goes to the input lead on the coil.
Again MVT has terrible directions.

i wonder if I put a non SP front zip fork on it?

I think it's bigger than a Zip.. Although I may try and get 10" zip wheels and try to lower it slightly to make it more "Zip" sized.
I think I want to do a NRG or Gilera Typhoon LC front... Just have no idea where to source one.. Need the front panel, the rad and the lights.
but for now I am just leaving it in the back of the garage and hoarding parts.

Thrown together with Derbi wheels. Looks good with the "Narrow" 12" wheels. Have to find bearings for the front wheel, and need to swap the caliper out for the Derbi AJP as it has a bigger rotor.

Possibly, but there is also another choke/starter jet beside it.
I am just trying to find a more definitive breakdown of the progression of the circuits.
I've messed with the primary pilot, but only have a few of the secondary ones. I have a bit of a rich condition I am trying to work thru, but I am wondering if I just need a fatter needle with more taper or if I need more secondary pilot.

It is AC, North America only got them in AC.
The Derbis are meh, just Atlantis AC as well, but they are big body wise. We did get Atlantis LC here but they are pretty rare.

The mains are the regular 6mm and the primary idle is the m5... however there is an emulsion/secondary idle jet under the first jet.. I am still trying to figure out where it controls in the powerband and how it plays with the primary idle jet

VHS Brother, Where are you sourcing your jets, and do you fully grasp what the primary and secondary idle jets control?
SIP has a bunch but they are out of most of the odd sizes I want. Has to be a Kart place that has "kits"
Do you find the needle is more crucial like the PH style carbs?

It appears all the plastics are there, as is the original engine and some aftermarket pipes and a Malossi CDI and coil, Malossi Clutch and probably some other surprises.
My initial plan is to put the Derbi 12" wheels on it, and possibly try and trade RC-One cases with someone and make another monster.
But I honestly don't know what I am going to do yet.
The forks are awful on it, they are leaking and the bushings are shot.

Did some work for someone in exchange for a bunch of Piaggio Derbi's and ..... Piaggio/Gilera typhoon.... This space reserved for future shennanigans.

If you do anything with it where you take the motor out and moderately apart, do all the engine seals, do the crank bearings and do the shift cruciform and the kickstart gear.
