When I use my drill it seems not to do much damage the whole isn't widening I will post vid soon Floyd, you must use the correct drill called for in the helicoil kit. It will be a hardend drill of the correct size such that you can then install their helicoil threads and break off the tang at the bottom. PLease read the instrctions on the kit and also, if you need to, look at videos of folks installing helicoils in their threads. Bill Would you mind giving me a link to one of those helix oil threads and are u referring to the drill I'm using or the bit?

I would guess one or more of the roller weights is out of place. Remove the nut on the shaft and inspect the rollers. Billy So you are telling me to inspect it more ? How sure are u I don't need to go head and buy a new variator it makes a loud grinding when attempt start but it doesn't it sound like the bendix grinding but it's the variator

what about it? you need a new wheel that fits your bike, you need a tare to fit the wheel, and you need to have someone who knows what they are doing to mount it unless you can find the right wheel with a tire already mounted on it. as far as what tire I would buy. I would go with perelli "diablo scooter" its a great tire and I would hate to damage it the way you did the first one you tried to mount. don't get a tubed tire. tubeless is the way to go imho I'm saying the znen comes with wheel and tire and it's a 3 pole design like my original. Does this look like a match. Also I do better with links I don't know what a perelli "diablo scooter" is....
