Here are the pipe measurements. Some of the pieces are oblong so I got the average of the diameter. My smart phone isn't smart enough for me to write over a picture of the pipe but you should get the idea.
Arrow for Elite/Dio
Flange 6.5mm thick, 27mm opening
Length -- Diameter
67 -- 29 Slip fit 144 -- 29/34 185 -- 34/47 54 -- 51/60 142 -- 62/90 Belly 75 -- 90 84 -- 90/63 129 -- 63/22 Stinger 142 -- 19.5 Silencer 210 -- 22

Cleaned up the intake, smoothed the bottom floor and raised the windows. Should help a bit. Looks good. Don't be shy, open-er up sum more.

I always worry about hacking the intake out till the cyl base no longer seals,,have read the highest stressed component on a 2T is the crankcase,,,Seen a few tig welded adapters seperate...Lots of hard work thrown in the "dud" pile... Pipe stuff; From the dimensions,we have a 211mm long headpipe at 1 degree then a 3 stage diffuser of 185mm at 2 degree,54mm at 6.9 degree and 142mm at 6 degree Baffle cone is 213mm at 9.1 degree.. Total length of 880mm Headpipe is 24% of total length (ideal is 30-32%) Headpipe+diffuser is 67% of total length(ideal is 64-68%) This is a quite simple pipe with a few strange dimensions, the 880 TL gives an estimated 9800RPM peak power,,styling and sex sells!!

Thanks John! I figured it's more show than go. I still pull 10.6K with 5.2 grams. Unless you go over the top of the motor I don't think you can make a proper sized pipe with the space you have to work with on this engine. The belly wants to start at the bottom of the motor where you have no clearance. I have the one I made that pulls hard but looks like shit, 1.5 deg head pipe. Maybe I'll give that a revisit?? Thanks for your input it's always appreciated! I've seen some of these intakes ported paper thin, I wanted to be sure to keep the strength so I didn't want to go too thin. Especially since the cylinder seals right on top of it pretty much. It's better then it was.

Hey Ryan,I call mine "UTP"(ugly test pipe),then the 'mark' number..Ive got UTP1 and still use it as a known control/sanity check pipe..Brent has UTP2 that needs some adjustment.. Now,how bad does that homebrew pipe look at 60+mph?? Keep building them, they only get better!!!

Had some parts show up from scooterswapshop Dio rear pulley (largest you can fit on the af16), stage6 fuel gauge, studs weights etc. I'll get some pics and instructions of the setup when I get to it.

Ugh, I love new parts Hey, did someone figure out that you can use a stock Piaggio pulley on those motors, and it's like an OR? I know someone did it but can't remember who and what motor.

I remember Roost had a link on his site years ago putting a Piaggio pulley on a Mina(looked like an Aerox),,I posted the link on this site a long time ago, dont know if its still here...
