Your are better off using switched ignition instead of directly to the battery for the pump. Use a volt meter and find which wire from the ignition has power with the key on. The pump I'm using draws under .5 amp. It's best to mount the pump low in the cooling system pushing to the motor. Less work, less heat on the pump. These are not self priming so they need to be "flooded" You'll have to figure which is in and out. They are meant to flow in one direction. If it's this pump the fitting on the side should be out. www.ebay.com/itm/272284419424 Yes, that is the one. Dont know what i will do for a pigtail to plug into the but for power, maybe just soldier some leads on it..or go to junk yard and hope i find a prius.. when you flood it, do you mean just turn the pump on and run it while filling it with water until it has cycled a few times? Thank you

You just need to work the air out of the system. But keep it low so it's always full of coolant. I just used .187 crimp on connectors. Check your local auto store

190ex, 130 transfer. Athena cylinders are timed just perfectly for a semi race, super fast street build. 10/12k rpm powerband range. If you shoot for yasuni 21 rpms upp the ex timimg to 195-198 I already purchased the c16.my wife will ride this bike so i cant get too wild. I have the mhr crank, never start a expensive build with a crappy crank! Thanks for the info, what do you guys run for temp gauge? Head temp is preferable i think,i was going to get tto gauge. Have to get another rpm gauge as well. I just hope it isnt a disappointment, i hope it runs harder than my 90..i dont have a way to set the timing curve so will likely set stock flywheel to 10-12btdc? I know. But i meant to say Athena cylinders and C16's are made for each other. You 'can' go higher (would not advise though) but then you'd have to up the timings. Right now (stock) timings couldnt match up better with the c16
