What size are you using? I have a 15x12mm S6 tuner kit on the way, should be here tomorrow. I will bring it along unless you are using another size? Yep, 15x12's will work. I've got one slot in my variator that the rollers stick in. I've tried filing it and it's still sticky, so I'm only running 3 rollers right now.

It's off of an old (mid 80's) ATV. Uses a piston port design, so no reed cage. Also got the carb for it too, but that needs a new needle for it. I'm planning on stripping it down and seeing how it looks on the inside, since it's been sitting for a while. Might try and fab something up to fit it on Speedy. Also, if you can't tell from the pictures, the top end on this thing is HUGE. If I want to use it on Speedy, Speedy's getting a makeover and a custom frame

I knew it looked big (look at the size of the spark plug relative to the head), but otherwise had no idea what it was. Hope it looks good, cause that would be an interesting project.

Cool idea and project!
If it going to be for drag racing you could shave allot of the coolant fins down to get the jug and head smaller. The only reason our OEM A/C ones arent bigger is because we have a fan pushing air around the jug and head.
