OK, so far today I've made white wine braised lamb shanks, bacon fat roasted carrots, creme brulee, chocolate tarts with a brown sugar and pretzel crust, lemon tarts, smoked oysters, red pepper coulis, matri d' butter, classique butter, herbed goat cheese, whipped ricotta, and I'm not even talking about my own dinner tonight which will probably be microwaved corn dogs or ramen, lol. Who says cooks eat well all the time?
