They could stand to be a little lower for appearance, but the way they are setup feels good... just sitting on it in the garage anyway.

They're pretty much stock height. Maybe a couple mm lower. lol This was the shorter of the 2 adapters I was looking at. There's probably a shorter one out there. Fine by me though, I didn't really wanna turn it into a sportbike riding position.

No more broken glass out back. Put a fresh tail/brake light and signals on tonight.

No more broken glass out back. Put a fresh tail/brake light and signals on tonight. Looking sharp as always. I really do like the way your back end always looked, This one seems a bit different, but I still like it

Same stuff, just not smoked turn signals. I liked the clear/smoked lenses better but I just couldn't find 'em.

Hopefully I'll be scootin' again before too long. The 4 stroke still runs but it bothers me to turn the throttle for some reason. It's weird. I picked the scooter up with my right hand while I used my left hadn to move the forks in place and my hand was OK (not great). I go to twist the throttle or make the bed or something that seems way more minor that twists just the right way and my hand hurts.

Thanks.
I've got NiteShades sitting on the shelf. It ends up darker than the ones that have the smoked lenses though and I do wanna leave 'em bright. I have enough problems without making myself less visible. They don't look terrible. Still beats the stock stuff IMO.

No offense but I think it looks like a wet dog with no body panels. Like a Ruckus. Fugly but functional. ;D I suppose if you were the type of guy that likes body plastic the repair bill would have been even more so I suppose if you look at it that way it's a thing of beauty.

He really didnt go with the naked look by "choice". If you look back , or remember Brent did some experimenting with the stock motor mount and made it a solid mount so it wouldnt flex and dissipate a little power. It turned out to be an overkill but i give Brent props for the time and effort to see if we had another free mod for us gearheads . It rattled the piss outta everything on the scoot ! Plastic breaking apart, plug wire shaking off, it was bad by the way he explained it . So yeah, i guess it did save him some money kinda ..... I cant wait to see it together with the bars ;D
