You said you ordered an 80cc Stage III. What I posted shows that an 80cc Stage III kit is actually a 47mm bore. They even wrote 80cc on your box. If your receipt says you ordered the 80cc like you think, which happens to match the price of what they call the 80cc kit that is the 47mm bore, then I don't see what you've done wrong. IMO if you order something you should get it unless you are contacted about any changes. I would be upset if I was "upgraded" to a part I didn't order like this. If I order a 47mm bore, I want a 47mm bore and not 50mm. That's all just my opinion though. It sounds like no one checked with you. They gave you what they decided that you wanted basically, and none of us actually know if there were good intentions or if it was done because that's what they had on hand or what they sourced cheaper or wanted to get rid of. All we can really know is what you ordered and what you got. Those don't seem to match. It doesn't look like you have any intention of being negative toward anyone. This is what useful reviews are all about. Thanks. They never did contact me, at this point I am just not going to deal with them anymore and cut my losses. I am installing it and I guess we will make this a test to see how strong my Zummer 50cc stock crank is lol.

Do some reading on breaking in the engine, it's going to be absolutely critical to the longevity of your engine. It will also give you a chance to get used to the new power too. Faster take off and speeds equate to new skills or honing old ones.

Ok, today is Tuesday night and I have an update on the RnD Moto messenger chat with "Heather" who was supposed to get back to me Monday morning. I had brought up the fact that their domain, the scrappyscooter site domain, the chinesescooterparts domain, and business licenses all have Rick Main of scrappydogs connected to each other. I said I would remove my negative review if she can provide documentation showing Rick is NOT involved with RnD Moto, and hadn't simply changed business name and location and is involved with it.
I just checked, and she never contacted me back since our conversation Sunday afternoon, so, take this for whatever value it may have, but right now after Heather was really concerned about the review and my removing it, you'd think she would have gotten back to me first thing Monday morning, but Monday has come and gone now it's about 40 minutes until Wednesday. I will keep monitoring the domains and my FB messenger, but frankly I think this pretty well proves what I suspected- RnD Moto is for all intents and purposes actually scrappydog/Rick Main with a new "front end"
I'll post any updates, if any, as they occur.

Well yeah the r is for rick the d is for his dumb new partner Sure looking that way and he takes us all for a bunch of suckers who don't know any better! but some of us know how to do research and opened this can of worms pretty well. Still nothing from "Heather" so I stand by my findings AND my review on their web site.

it should be noted that he also told a reviewer on google that he was in fact moving the business to Utah. I also note he claims to be a veteran owned business in another response, was not aware of that

I also note he claims to be a veteran owned business in another response, was not aware of that Could be a lot of claims that are simply not true too, but if he said he was moving HIS business to Utah it certainly looks like he did. If he was trying to leave scrappydogscooters behind he failed, all it took was ONE oversight or one mistake and we saw more than one- multiple domain name registrations, and business licenses in his name, plus his statement he was moving HIS business to Utah, anyone can put 2 and 2 together there and get 4 when he thought everyone might get 3...

Interestingly enough, RnD Moto emailed me today, in part they said;
Evidentally she doesn't know I already got a full refund from my card issuer on this a couple of weeks ago, I'm certainly not sending her any money or ordering from them in the future, they still have not provided one shread of documentation they are not connected still to Rick, and "Heather" never contacted me again.

One more piece of evidence, someone from here was posting to Facebook with a blank FB profile and the only thing showing to the public is a "like" of RnD Moto, basically challenging my comments and running down one member here who he claimed "ripped" Scrappydogs off LOL! The guy even after seeing the below image still denies the connection! NOTE the name of who is on THIS chargeback- RnD Moto/RickMain/Alchemy Motive, this is in my PayPal dispute folder. So this "new" business happens to have rick's name on their business license, domain name AND his paypal account and this guy thinks people are so stupid we can't figure that one out and show it's HIM behind it all?

My version is that Scrappy Dog's was a get your money, keep your money, blame everyone else for it's problems kind of business, and it would appear that it crashed and burned. Obviously he has his version, not my problem, needless to say I have not suffered in the least without his business in my universe. I suggest you move on, dead horses don;t stink long in the desert.

Pretty much says it peascreek, and then the fact that about 7 five star reviews suddenly appear now on their FB page all posted within about a 24 hour timeframe, some "11 hours ago" smacks of fake, paid or friends posting those, but that's ok because unlike them I have and posted the DOCUMENTS proving my case and the connections perfectly, those state issued business licenses don't lie, neither does the names on the PayPal document in my account showing the chargeback transaction. I submitted a review to another venue the ripoff report site, along with all of the documents, there is already one there about a web site dev team who redid the scrappydog web site and never got paid for the work. I checked out the Facebook profiles for the five star reviewers that suddenly appeared one five star reviewer's Facebook page has no posts on it from him since 2008, with only profile photo updates since then. A third five star reviewer has almost no content on her Facebook timeline, nothing scooter related and yet she claimed she was "shopping on line and came across RnD Moto and got her order FAST" Another five star reviewer's profile says he is a minister and journalist, no posts on his timeline other than a short comment to someone last April, no scooter content at all, no other real content. Another five star reviewer's last Facebook content was sharing a video a year ago, Another five star reviewer had a motorcycle on his timeline but not much else, no real activity or content other that he updated his profile picture on Dec 6th, 2015 I don't buy these reviews and call them fake, paid for, employees or friends asked to post them to counter the only previous review there was- a negative review. In short, don't believe five star reviews and take them with a grain of caution- it's too easy to get friends, employees and others to post such reviews, investigate the people posting such reviews claiming glowing customer service etc., real people rarely do this, and real people don't have Facebook pages that are all mostly devoid of any real content and activity, or their last activity was 1-2 years ago and they suddenly pop out of the woodwork to post a paragraph long glowing review on a web site! I think this pretty much wraps up this matter now unless something new comes down the pike! Everything that could be done has been, but if anyone lost their order or money- they should still file a Paypal or Visa chargeback for items not received, do not state they are "motor vehicle" related because Paypal doesn't guarantee motor vehicle related purchases, just state they are "machine repair parts" Also, file a report with the BBB and ripoff report ripoffreport.com/ as well so your problem(s) and complaint(s) get put on record, don't let them get away with screwing people- the scrappydog web site is STILL taking PayPal funds in it's cart, so other people WILL be screwed if they find the page and make purchases there.

Yeah, you know why there was a bunch of facebook posts and reviews on saturday in a short time? RnD had a motorcycle / scooter meet and had a bunch of riders there having a good time reading your insane posts on facebook and on this forum, which doesn't say much for this forum, but I guess freedom of speech and opinion applies to even crazy crap like this. If you think you're some sort of investigative sleuth because you are able to use google to access publicly accessible records of ownership, you're even nuttier than you first appear. If Rick Main wanted to rip off scrappy customers he could have easily collected all the money and closed his accounts and re-opened a new business under a different name and screwed everyone, but guess what, RnD Moto has taken on all the backorders from scrappy and fulfilling them, or giving free upgrades, or refunding them. The new parts and presentation they have just in their retail front showroom is just incredible, and if anyone has any inclination toward top quality stuff, check 'em out. As for this clown with his incessant rant and obsession with Rick Main, and his buddy (peascreek), who ripped off Scrappy over a year ago (check the archive in this very forum), go get a life other than going to the mailbox to get your welfare check.
