I'm curious why the Scrappy and CSP would be "disabled"? We continue to fulfill orders made through those sites. While publicly there have been complaints which is most visible, what hasn't been seen is the vast majority of happy customers who have no motivation or inclination to make public posts. They get what they ordered and move on.

not leading to a firm conclusion; not ending doubt or dispute."

bluebob71: check your spam or "bulk" folder. Seriously, 99% of the angry customers that call or email us mad as hell that their order wasn't shipped end up finding that shipping confirmation in their spam, or they entered the wrong address, etc. If your spam is set to delete, then check your paypal account. If you can't still find it, don't "hope", simply send an email to order@RnDmoto.com which takes just as long if not less to make a post here on the forum, and you'll get real resolution...

Well, one would think that when people vanish off the face of the earth to the point where credit cards and Paypal have to force chargebacks to get customers' money refunded, and then try claiming the owner of scrappydogs simply sold RnD Moto his INVENTORY and that RnD Moto was a "new"company, but when pressed to the floor by people producing bona fide state licenses and so forth proving otherwise, that this "new" company would want to shut down and distance themselves from all the negative reviews, complaints and chargebacks findable in Google searches! An employee at RnD Moto told me in a Messenger chat about 3 weeks ago they only bought inventory and were a new business and asked me to remove my negative review, so I said I would if she could provide me with documents proving this and that Rick has NO connection whatsoever to them, she said she would get back to me the next Monday. Monday came and went, the rest of the week did too with no response, that was when I did further research and found the business licenses in Ricks' name etc., which pretty well nixes what the lady claimed, and explains why she never got back to me Monday! RnD's own people claimed in their response to the BBB complaint I filed AND to me in a messenger chat that they simply bought Rick's INVENTORY and that they were a "new business"- that was their claim! I guess they can throw the Messenger chat employee under the bus, but now also the employee who completed the BBB complaint reply who said the exact same lie about just buying inventory, what excuse will we get on that now? "they were new" " they didn't know" "they were just temps" "they were not authorised to speak to the media" and bawoooshhh- under the bus they go! Me, I would never order from these people, not even with a discount or "free" shipping which is almost standard on line these days, they could shut their doors down next week like scrappydogs did and leave people holding the bag once again- the SAME guy is behind both. Refunds weeks or MONTHS later doesn't make up for the annoyance or anything else, most people order parts they need NOW not 3 months and a refund and going elsewhere later!
