Update: Looking for a good weekend to get her put back together. I may try to do it tomorrow... if the weather really is going to be nice.

Ok so...I mostly got her put back together.. however there's a lot of resistance on the wheel and it the scooter doesn't roll. I did GET it to start and run but as soon as I take it off the stand or stop the back wheel the engine dies. Is this due to the cvt belt being too tight?

Tight belt shouldn’t make it hard to spin as clutch isn’t engaged.
Take off belt and spin by hand.
Either your brake is too tight or something is wrong with the gears.
Start engine with belt off. Is that ok?

The engine turns over with some resistance by hand...
When I get home I'll tear down the cvt and try spinning by hand. Then I'll take the belt off and do the same.
I can spin the wheel by hand, but there is a ton of resistance abs I can hear and feel the cylinder moving when I do so.
Could I have over tightened the cvt components maybe?
I'll report back around 7 or 8 central... after I do chores and tear down the back end.
Next up...I have fit and finish questions regarding suspension and ruckus swingarm. Also front brakes. As in I will be deleting the spin front/rear brake application module thingy... BUT those are after I GET rolling.

That particular clutch bell may need a spacer. It may be rubbing. Take it off and put the Stocker back on.

You were correct... the clutch bell was the issue.
Now I need to swap valve shims because she sounds like an old Mercedes diesel.
After the weather gets nicer I'll try to dial in the carb.
Any shock recommendations? The one I have now is about 1/4" too wide. It juuust barely rubs the tire.

Also that bell is a POS IMO. It will eat up the pads quick.

Got the new exhaust today! Thanks Happypancake! Also - here's the shock clearance issue. I ended up cutting the met mount but it's too close to the wheel anyways.
