I would really love to see a universal parts/hoca build on this. Screw making the OEM stuff work, just start swapping parts! You know the rear pulley (torque driver) needs swapped for a jog90 at least, and some of those 6-spoke 12" cpi wheels would look killer! This wheel? I have an extra one.

I don’t. Just the rear. Also have the vino gearbox which matches the spline count. It’s a great swap for a C3 for more top end. I think these are hard to find in the US. Interested ?

Interested ? kind of but not really. I've been looking for a set of jog wheels for a while but not really in the market right now.. building like 3 Hondas haha. I did see a damaged c3 on the cl tho so maybe. What spline is it? 15? And what size brake? 130mm?

I vote for making it as close to stock as you can manage, but with home-made.......almost crude........cargo racks and other accessories. Now, that's a good looking bike.
But don't mind me. I'm abnormal.
I was surprised a bit by the lines on that bike. It's not bad looking at all. But I had thought of the Zuma as a boxy looking thing. Almost Cushman-ish.
Either the Zuma did some changing or I'm mixing up my models.

You may be thinking of the Yamaha C3, which is also a great bike. We're going to get it back to stock running condition first, and then decide what we want to do with it from there. When we got it, it was in.. uhhh... non-running "project" condition. Matt

I've never met a Yamaha I didn't like. But......still........where looks are concerned that was not Yamaha's finest hour.
