I have only ever seen replacements for the master cylinders. The only hope is a Yamaha dealer might have a rebuild kit. It's annoying as a rebuild kit would be cheap. The caliper has rebuild kits available. But these scooters have poor brakes designed that way. Looks like your caliper is the same spacing as the aerox. So you can get an adaptor and fit a stage 6/RPM/Voca 4 pot caliper.

Thanks Geoff I tightened everything up and gave it a bleed and it's rock solid again.

Just putting out enuff to keep machine going and won't charge the battery at all. Does anyone know where I can find info on this. Stator replacement for minarelli vertical Zuma prebug 2001?

Then get this I bought that new firepower lithium batt. And I bought a so called load tester off Amazon but it's useless going back. The firepower batt at 1st spun that new head like 5x faster than the yuasa batt that was in it. They are like 160 canadian pesos so I figured it couldn't be the batt. So I put my fancy new load tester on it says 195 cca and these require 50ca. Volts were great at 14.9 another waste of money buying the so called lithium charger to get an extra .9 volts. Anyhow babied the thing all winter had inside put on charger once a month and topped it up etc. So I'm going thru my whole electrical complete teardown pretty much cleaning grounds . Testing the starter and relay. Finally I'm like I'm gonna try my seadoo batt just for shits n giggles because there's no way it could be this new MIRACLE Batt. Fires instantly. Ohhhh I was so choked. So no way I'm eating this. The batt has 2 year warranty. So I start with Amazon they say to old contact seller. I do that they say call firepower. I go to firepower wps website and 1st thing on the page is a statement *any and all warranty claims must be done with the company you purchased it from. Just a viscious circle. And firepower guy said even that yes that's no right its faulty. Just my rant for the day what a gong show. Ugggggg

Well took it for a test ride was great. Go on along trip few hour later and it starts dying. Almost sounding like u hit kill switch. Now I remember zino telling me to cut the spark plug wire back a quarter inch. I totally forgot to do that so I'm really hoping that's the issue. Cause that walk sucked bad it's 28 degrees Celsius and I had just finished busting ass on a fence all day. Man it was so reliable before.
