Previous owners most likely. You can't believe the neglect you see. In this country, most are ridden by 16 year olds. They have no mechanical ability, or sympathy.

Small update. Fitted a front aerox wheel. For fitment it needed a 21mm spacer on the speedo side, and a 24.84mm spacer on the rotor side. Along with a bearing change to one with the measurement of 12x35x11 I plan on switching out the instrument cluster at some point so i will just use a gps ap to measure speed more accurately. Oh almost forgot. The brake rotor from factory was also the same size. Since the aerox one is kinda plain jane i may swap back the original benelli disc rotor. Also did some port work to the cylinder i received. Need a little more clean up. But I'm happy with

Here is how i have done it, front wheel from Baotian Falcon 50R, 220mm disc and custom adapter with brembo brake caliper from aerox. It also bolts directly to the benelli forks maybe you can buy adapter and put brembo caliper.

It also bolts directly to the benelli forks maybe you can buy adapter and put brembo caliper. So far i was able to use all stock benelli parts. But i do like the look of the brembo caliper a lot more gonna have to give that a try when i get some more wheels from my friend. I also have a small update youtu.be/HeOQOBpDgFERan a few heat cycles and burped out the coolant system. I see a tad bit of 210 degrees when riding at wot for a few miles. But i think i will need a bigger main jet, from 125 to 130 is what i will try next

Did a few runs a couple of days ago and was able to get this time from 0-30 miles per hour. And i was using a gps app from that racing channel. To my dismay it doesnt record your runs as directed, an it showed i was doing 65mph. Which surprised me. So i opened up another speed app and was able to record this before it got too late and the road too full of traffic. Still happy nonetheless Dont mind the timed portion there. But there is some work needed. Clutch springs need to be slightly higher in rpm. I'm guessing malossi reds should do the trick. And going from 11 gram rollers to 10. To 10.5 grams should help keep the engine in its powerband, in this video as i leave you can hear it getting into the pipe. But im just a hair under it. Let me know what you guys think. youtu.be/vo-7DQgq148

It's raining here in florida. So sadly no testing for today But i do have a question, can a scooter handle 2 batteries being parallel with each other? Or would it be better to just get one larger battery to handle some extra accessories like the waterpump, gauge and new speedometer?

Small update. Put in 3 7 gram rollers mixed with 3 11 grams. Seems to be right on the money. Will post a video tomorrow.
Red malossi springs also installed. Only problem is launch is a bit inconsistent. And my belt is being torn apart 😬

Sounds great with 65 mph top speed there is more available with a little tuning I bet .

Sounds great with 65 mph top speed there is more available with a little tuning I bet . Definitely feel there is room for improvement. Acceleration is much better now after dropping 3 of the roller weights down to 7 grams. Now today if weather permits I'll be able to see if that had any negative effects in a more longer test ride.

I used 2 different apps to check my 0-30 time. I'm quite impressed. Front wheel will lift up if i gun it from 5mph. Next is a stroker and a mvt ignition. See if i can get 0-30 down to 2.3 seconds. 2.0 seconds would be an awesome goal. But i have to be realistic. Athough i think i need to upjet my pilot from 38 to 40. An go a 28mm carb route.

So I'm trying to install a mvt ignition. But im a bit confused on the wiring.
Anyone got a moment to pm me and help me trouble shoot it? Timing is done and already mounted. Just need aid in the wiring.

Success!
Engine does not like to idle around 1700 anymore or it will randomly cut off. But also confused on whether or not my water pump is getting energy from the white cable coming from the stator.
Definitely liking the way its running but will need to check timing with a light to make sure it's good to go.

Working in timing. Seems to always hang around 20 degrees at idle and 39 when i begin to rev. Gonna let it cool down and retard timing by around 5 degrees and try my luck.
Will post a video for you guys before the end of the day.
