Hard to beat the old green Prestone and water 50/50.. I have some prediluted 50/50 I use for my miata. Think that may help a bit? Zerex by valvoline. It may not hurt to pick up one of those metal bits that has cooling shrouds around them . Do they still make them 🤔 |

Interesting little build I’m intrigued! Those 100c Aerox engines are a rare find even here in the U.K. Lol I have a aerox but stroked bbk to 132cc it flys |

Interesting little build I’m intrigued! Those 100c Aerox engines are a rare find even here in the U.K. For the price I found the block for. I couldn't ignore it. 35 bucks(guy must've just wanted it gone) with 75 dollar shipping(well not the entire story, the guy didnt want to ship the engine so I convinced him and sent supplies to him to have it packaged along with scheduling a pick up from ups) Luckily I had a few spare jog90 parts along with the benelli stock bits to help get the ball rolling. Now all that's left is to find an aerox 100 rear wheel Or make a hub to have an aerox 50 rear wheel fitted to it One on ebay but here in Australia |

  Wanted aerox wheels. So i had a hub made from taiwan. And snagged the last charmo liquid cooled cylinder taida had in stock Aerox rims are everywhere here and around $50 each, its a pitty they used diffrebt spline for 50cc to 100cc but 100cc has a 14mm rist pin even the malossi 94cc only use 13mm |

Nice. 👍 Does that adapter still use the rear drum brake?      Glad to say it does. Manufacturer said they only produce 20 at a time when enough orders are placed. I always want to do to my 100cc for disk rear, but I like drum more it doesn't lock up as easy |

That pipe is sick. What the performance goal for that pipe? Hoping to make more power in the 8500 to 12000 rpm range. As the pipe now comes alive around 6700 and ends around 9800 rpms. It almost has the feel of a leo vince zx exhaust for a 50. |

I always want to do to my 100cc for disk rear, but I like drum more it doesn't lock up as easy I'm hoping to commission 20 more of them from a new company in Taiwan as the previous store owner closed shop due to covid :/ |
