Well the new pump certainly aids in temperature control. Hardly saw the Temps rise above 73c when casually riding. Still think there may be some air bubbles so I'm hoping while it cools down I can see if my small reservoir canister loses a bit of coolant.

I shouldn't have gone down that rabbit hole....

So. I guess this is where my daily tuner friendly 117cc gets thrown out the window into territory that's uhm... gonna be different than anything I've done before. I'm definitely going to need the communities aid in this as I really only have one shot to get a 54mm crankshaft and the cylinder to mount on the engine.
Exhaust Will have to be custom again. But luckily William berrugo is easy to get a hold of and will discuss ideas with him

Ive got a BWS 100 52mm crank and the rod is cut waay down to clear the added stroke, bet a 54 is real thin..Which cylinder is that one??

Second, I think if you get the crank you want that will have the right stroke with a 54mm conrod (or is 54mm the stroke?), whatever the case, you could get the conrod and have a MX store press it in for you for cheap. Many are set up for rebuilding cranks. My main thoughts are you will probably want to look at the new overrange coming from Malossi. It's designed with maxi scooter type belts, and is meant to withstand greater forces so the super powerful bores aren't blowing belts all the time. I just got the product announcement for it yesterday, no pics on the site yet. I would definitely try to modify to fit or make your own torsen arm. that much power, making anything like a through axle is appropriate I think.

The stroke and wrist pin will share the same measurements as the honda top end, the crank also will come with the appropriate spacer. It kinda looks like an rt base for the 4vp aerox/bws cases

The stroke is equal in bore and stroke for the rs125 as a 54x54 setup, so luckily the crankshaft made by this shop in Taiwan has this covered. I've enquired about modifications needed for such a crank to fit into the engine but I don't think the person has read the message yet. But he's been very informative on carburetors that run best. And Mr William berrugo is very interested in making a pipe for the new cylinder, I have found a photo of the rs125 exhaust with 2 separate measurements available and I'd love the input on which measurements would work out the best for this setup

A Honda rs125 nf4 cylinder. Ooof! You're aiming at 40hp? I'm not entirely sure what to aim for as I am on roads that I've never been on so to speak 😅 I am curious on which measurement of the exhaust will give me the best output for the engine, I was able to find this on a website from Google that had timing information that made the 125 make its most power so I think a different cdi for the mvt will be needed? So much planning needing to be made 🤕

The reed valve will be the restriction point,I have a 2005 CR125 cylinder and reed assy that are supposed to be an RS clone, the reed is huge with an engineered stuffer to better direct flow..Can send pics and dimensions if desired..

You could buy a used pipe from a mx125 bike, make it fit for the time being and go from there? Yeah unless you have build specs for a RS125 pipe from the beginning. Maybe combine those with specs from a nsr125, cagiva mito 125, tzr125 or any of the Jim Lomas and Jolly moto dimensions that circle the internet.

That's a fantastic idea, I spoke with William over a video call. An he says the pipe being made will be no issue so along as measurements are correct he will make mounts easy for me to adjust as the main thing he will need to compensate for is the angle of the exhaust and to mount it properly on the engine. Jollymoto is definitely a pipe style I'd love to run and he will more than likely replicate it to a T. Now I just need to research dimensions like you stated. Thank you for the info man it's greatly appreciated

Lay it on me man 🤩🤩🤩 I was thinking the mxs intake Reed valve may be decent but I still had the worry that it will not provide enough air flow for the 125 cylinder so any idea to get the engine to breathe as good as it exhales is a big bonus and will be greatly appreciated knowledge.

This sounds fast and fun You are really pushing the envelope . I feel so boring I just build to 70 cc with aftermarket parts .
