This sounds fast and fun You are really pushing the envelope . I feel so boring I just build to 70 cc with aftermarket parts . Hey now they are still really fun to build and definitely haul ! 70s will still be the go to for minarellis as they're just so fun to build 😁 |

Okay so little update on the exhaust measurements. They're confirmed to be jolly moto exhaust measurements. I think if any exhaust were to be used, this would probably be the best to go with.
Crank and adapter have been ordered and will be ready by the 5th for shipment.

  Wanted aerox wheels. So i had a hub made from taiwan. And snagged the last charmo liquid cooled cylinder taida had in stock Hello, can you please tell me were i can buy this hub? I can´t find any seller in Europe with this. |

Small update. Mixed the 3 6.8 rollers and 3 7.0 rollers. An that's the perfect number. Right into the powerband to the point you feel the front end just feel light when accelerating. Definitely a game changer. But may need ideas for a stronger waterpump. But will get a video soon. Got a new job at Wheels lab inc where I work on those little electric rental scooters. But this does mean a bit more funding for cool stuff Next mod. Malossi 128mm rear pulley. Hopefully i don't need to cut too much from the cases. 😎 Whats the water pump look like? Maybe its in the realm of my 3 axis. |

Gentlemen, I wish i can post here with news of parts arriving. However that's not the case. But. There is some positive news. I sent the cylinder to Columbia for berrugo to understand the different exhaust port angle. Once I receive the crank and cylinder adapter. I will send him measurements to make the mounts for the exhaust to be held. He decided the jolly moto design is simple enough to replicate. So that's a go. Gentlemen,i finally received packaging info.
ttrmc makes good bws125 parts. But are slooooooooow when it comes to having their bws100 parts made and shipped. Hopefully it arrives quickly.
As for today, I will be working on the malaguti f12. I will make a separate thread for it.

 I have found a cylinder head! Was trying to find a good deal on a cylinder head. Kept finding used ones for 280 dollars or so but found this one for. 55 bucks. A score is a score 😁 next is gaskets and a piston which will be easier to get a hold off. |

Working in timing. Seems to always hang around 20 degrees at idle and 39 when i begin to rev. Gonna let it cool down and retard timing by around 5 degrees and try my luck. Will post a video for you guys before the end of the day. |
