Got the SP3 mounted. The brackets supplied were nowhere near fitting, but I did use one piece of the bracket as well as some aluminum flat bar and spacers to get it bolted up right.

" The Leo Vince Scoot SP3 was designed for CE homologated 50 cc motor scooters. This exhaust has been in production since 1998, and the secret of its ongoing success is its technical excellence to provide excellent performance levels combined with sound levels, which are about the same as those of the original systems. The expansion chamber is made of 10/10 mm steel. The rear part consists of the silencer element incorporated with pipes and header sections. The SP3 has ceramic wool interior lining, which covers the entire gas passage zone in order to prevent any resonance. The result is a very civilized noise level, but significantly increased engine performance levels. The SP3 is fitted with a heat protective casing made of plastic material in a choice of black or grey color." www.exoticscooter.com/images/SP3%20scamatic.jpgMore Leo Vince exhaust info... www.exoticscooter.com/leo_vince.htm

Nice job! You're doing all the things i thought about doing on mine. Especially that fat back tire.

No reason you can't hop the wife's scoot up a little too. ;D
Thanks Dave, but I've seen that. I have their seats on one of my Tritons. I might swap if it bugs me, but their coverings aren't the best material.

lol I hate the name. Sounds too feminine. That's a big part of why those emblems had to go. No rides yet. I still have all the controls and handlebars off. Waiting on a part that was shipped parcel post the day after I bought the scoot. Haven't even fired the engine.

lol I hate the name. Sounds too feminine. That's a big part of why those emblems had to go. Yup, that's why mine got named Milo. Get it? I got mine out the other day and gave it some riding love. Since i gave it to my wife it has been very lonely. I forgot how fun, light and responsive (aka twitchy) it is! I did throw a few power (ish) wheelies just to see if i could. ;D I think you'l get t kick out of riding it. Just got to find it a nasty name.

Maybe Meanus, lol this aint gonna work ! Cool, you got the ole Milo out wt . Be careful on them switches from heavy to small scoots. Can make you braver than you should be from the size and weight change . Not that im speaking from experience lol ...Skeedr's loads lighter than my Aprilia. I kinda got nuts on Skeedr the other day, after riding the Ape for two weeks. Coulda went down but i slowed my pace real quick

For sure on the safety thing, especially with no disc breaks! My riding friends say I could change my throttle for an On/Off switch and it wouldn't change my riding "stile"... Maybe a WOT/Off switch. lol

Meanus made me LOL. The whole retro styling makes it hard to look mean IMO. It would have to be really nasty engine-wise. Even with the warmed over engine it's kinda cool but kinda not. It needs a name like "Sweet Hell" or "Fruity Armageddon". Maybe I should just call it the "Facade"? Quiet and cute, but there's more under the skin. I dunno, all of those suck. I'm not feeling very creative right now. Evil covered with rose petals. lol These all sound like song names from a female death metal band.
