Scooter is running good. Thanks again Scott. Fabbed a bracket for the exhaust since it no longer fit with the bbk. Still needs to be trimmed and painted but you get the idea. It's temporary as a new pipe will be coming soon. Attachments:

Got the exhaust all sealed up and was able to take a good full throttle run. According to the not so accurate speedo I was around 54 mph. 10 mph faster than stock with same speedo. I forgot to turn my gps speedo app on. It ran great and didn't hesitate or soft seize. I was in the middle of doing a wide open chop when a car in front of me stopped so I had to switch the ignition back on and put home. Here's the plug. What are your thoughts? I'm running castrol btw. Already had a 5 gallon can mixed before reading about 2t oils. Attachments:

Plug looks good,just a tad rich,will keep the 'holed pistons' away!Part throttle leaness is what usually fries pistons..
PS,I love Castor!!

Did a gps a run with the scoot. Stage6 sport pro mkii and deltoro 19 mm with 75 main jet. 50 mph and pulls strong. I did notice it feeling sluggish after doing 2 upturns. I got some jets today and will play with up jetting.

I ran the mesh in opposite directions. Oh well. It's all being stripped down to take to a painter today. I love doing my own work but I can't paint.

I got a bunch of different jets to play around with. It still has the stock pipe with the 70 bbk and 19mm deltoro. I had to take a break and get the garage organized and build a bench. Now that that's done I'll get back at it. Attachments:

I know how that goes, but the bench will come in handy even if you have pile things up to make free space.
