Well, I think I found them: www.jetsrus.com/a_jets_by_carburetor_type/jets_mikuni_M28-1001_pilot.htmThese are the same measurements as mine, so........ they dont offer a generic of this type, but do for the others? Oh, well not a big ticket item anyway, and a 15 is the smallest they offer. The damn shipping is higher than the jet! Ha! Shit runs down hill, and I live in a valley....:

Family troubles are going to keep me from working on my scoot for a while. Havent been online much lately, will be absent for a while longer. Thanks for the tech tips and other help. This is not a good bye, I will be back in a few days or a week or so. Promise.

Well, I am back. I havent been riding or wrenching at all till last night. I took the scoot out and rode for about twelve miles. Everything was fine, she ran better than ever. Well, today I tried to go for a ride, but only made it a half a mile. I was at a little overr half throttle, and all was well. All at once, a whistling sound started, then before I could even register that something was wrong, the whistle got louder, added a hissing sound and all power was gone. Shes cooling atm, going to check her over in a bit. I ordered some jets, and I got a deal on four new tubes of the high temp copper rtv for 8.99 on the bay. Well, here we go again.

Turned out to be the damn head gasket, again. I ditched the o ring style head, and, just enlarged the combustion chamber from the 49 jug to fit the 70. A lot better. Been working eighteen to twenty hours a day, so I havent had much time to work, ride or post. Probably another two weeks of that to go. I took a large contract to finish the drywall and paint 9 cabins at a resort.

So, its been a while, let me explain. I was driving home from like my tenth eighteen-twenty hour day in a row, and fell asleep. I wound up driving off of the road, going over a twenty foot drop, A-framed my little truck, and lost my phone. I was not hurt, just embarassed and seriously inconvienced. I have been hitching rides to my new contract with a labor hand I hired. I will be doing more to the bike, when I can. God bless

Thanks guys. Yeah, I knew I was pushing too hard, but I felt it was necessary. Plus, the owner cut four dqys off of my time, and basicaly forced me to damn near kill myself to finish the job. I did finish, but instead of making five grand total, I ended yp clearing only twenty eight hundred. I lost fifteen gallons of Sherwin Williams primer and about eight or nine gqllons of promwr 400 paint, plus my airless sprayer was killed in the wreck, and I had to pay a tow bill and property damages. The land owner where I " landed " let me just pay him instead of calling the insurance companies. I barely can afford insurance as is, so I took his offer, which was fair, considering the damage I caused, plus what the wrecker did pulling what was lett of my truck out. Lesson learned. I used to be able to live on four or five hours of sleep a week, for a while, just not any more. On a brighter note, the land owner has hired me to paint a small duplex, and a rental house. My poor scooter feels neglected, I tried to take it for a spin today, but she will NOT start. Got fuel, spark, and compression, but wwont hit a lick. Time to tear into her again. Thanks for everything guys!
