Maybe the ABS he seen stood for "Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene" which a lot of plastic parts are stamped with. Just saying. This is more likely.

These cans work the best. IMO Fill 2x 5 gallon cans. Garage is now gas station. When refueling at the station, take your time. Make love to your tank. You are penetrating it, after all.

Brake caliper was super duper broken. Looks like a bolt worked its way out, a brake pad was missing. Contact with the rotor chewed through a lot of metal. It doesn't look to me like it's done much damage to the rotor, but if you think it has, please let me know. I replaced the caliper with one from a parts scooter. What is that T shaped adapter for? It unscrews from the bottom.

Cool build. That flag law would annoy me. I'm sorry you have to go through that.

Are you going to modify the frame like the scooter you're taking inspiration from?

No-one will ever notice that block off plate. What would have been easy is to cut an aluminum can (pop or beer), mount between that plate and the port. There isn't that much pressure so the aluminum will hold up. Right you are. But it wasn't to be flashy. I saw it in another thread and I wanted to try it. Works great and I'll never have to touch it again.

Im already addicted. I didn't think I'd like riding these as much as my 750s but oh boy, I do! I'd like to get a 150cc next. Or put one on this scoot.

The worst part of any project All electrics are hidden under the seat for now. Removed a few more tabs Still have to grind these down, but I like my neighbors so I try to make too much noise. The piston is leaking on the caliper. Fixing that is next on the list. Sanded and repainted the exhaust, put the heat shroud back on. Although though it's pitted, I like the chrome accent. I guess that's it for now as far as pictures go, for some reason the rest won't upload.

Pair system fully deleted. All before finishing my first cup of coffee. I love hazelnut coffeemate. Peep my shitty welds fam. It's the top side so I don't care. Other side that mates is perfectly flat. Some paint And installation

Yes but not my first 2 wheels. I built a CB 750 hard tail from an 80' frame and a 71 motor.
