I miscalculated Brent, a 47mm crank & 54mm jug would work out to be just over 107cc not 110 and I wouldn't need to do any machine work to this 1e40fm motor. Sorry, but even with that minor mathematical error a 107's nothing to fret about. In retrospect neither is a tuned 70cc, Franknstein (my dragscoots new name) done a pretty good job of wooping up on a 125cc Zuma sunday in a headsup race with a rider difference of 90lbs. in his favor. I decided to rename it Franknstein because its a Triton frame, Xpeed plastics, Eton motor, and a CPI wiring harness, a good combination adjusted by my race partner 2strokd.

It wasn't an official win because it was in practice but its a heads up win none the less.

I built the entire thing from scratch EXCEPT the pipe. That was built by another fine member of our forum known as 190mech. And the 125cc Zuma was also fuel injected with minor mods Brent. I'm happy as hell with my little 70cc cast iron kit and then there is also a HUGE thank you going out to my race partner 2strokd for leading the job of getting it all tuned in. Thanks buddy, it wouldn't be where it is without your help. And thanks for the compliments brandon.

I've been checking into making a gear change for more top end. I'm thinking a 14/43 secondary gear change would take it to 12:29:1 final drive would get me more topend. However I'm not 100% sure I've got enough motor for a gear drop that drastic.

Run an OR kit and get more of both

Its already launching real hard but I run out of gears about half track, thats the reasoning behind the idea of upgearing. Then if I get an OR kit it will also help with launch and topend.

Yeah. With the gear swap alone you would loose some low-end. Maybe a better vari is in order? I know you ran OEM stuff and did well last year

My race partner 2strokd got the case match work done on my motor today, almost time to put it back together. That with an aftermarket variator should help this race season. I'm still thinking about the gear change as well, we'll wait and see what the bank account says about it later.
