Wow, that would make me not want to buy a Nissan, ever. Nice job on the patch panels, though!

That thing is bad ass! Is there a build thread on it?

When I checked your VIN, it came back as a 2014 Wuxi Tmec Power Technology. I had to change the O to a 0 (zero) to get it to work.

I ordered a set from Raizer's link. I think my pilot is a tad too rich so hopefully these are the ticket. I would have liked to get genuine Keihin, but they are expensive and hard to find.

Otherwise you might just get a surprise!

I ordered the CDI pigtail but it won't be here until January, figures, and I can't find another on amazon Is this connector the same minus the female side? You could just cut the one end off and splice it in; it's cheaper than the one you were looking at in your other thread and has prime shipping too. There's also this one.

If it's electric then it's not going to have a CC rating.

Wow, that floorboard is bad! Do you guys use a lot of salt on the road there? That looks like something you would see here in the midwest.

Your build is really looking great! That bulb look like the bulb they use in the rear running light on boats. It might be more common than you think.

Nice video! Being an introvert myself, I totally understand where you're coming from. Most of the time when I do something like this that takes me out of my comfort zone, I'm usually glad I did it. Harley riders are a different bunch. Being from Wisconsin, and near one of their plants, they are all over the place in the summer. There are exceptions, but they usually are somewhat egotistical, only hang with other Harley riders, and think Harleys are the best no matter what. I think the South Park episode summed them up quite well. Anyway, your TMAX is much faster than I thought it would be (97 mph!) and it looks like you had a nice ride.
Have you ever checked out meetup to see if there are any scooter groups in your area? There's two clubs in Wisconsin who meet a few times a year to go on 50cc friendly rides that look like a blast.

I picked up a 1998 Tracker boat for a good deal since the lakes are frozen and the guy is moving out of state. Pic from the Craigslist ad:

Today I rebuilt the top end on a 500cc ATV, cleaned the clutches (variator in scooter terms), replaced the centrifugal clutch, replaced/repaired some damaged electrical, and cleaned my gutters. Hopefully I can finish the ATV this week after the rest of the parts come in.

Not to hijack this thread, but how much work would it be to make the 90cc stuff work? Is it as simple as installing the 90cc top end and crank, a carb, exhaust, and do a little tuning? What kind of performance would someone expect? There's a scooter near me that might have this engine in it and it might make a fun project.

It's too hard to tell on my end. What I would do is use a mechanic's stethoscope to try and pinpoint where the noise is coming from. If you can't get your hands on one a screwdriver to the ear can help narrow things down.
