Not sure how yours is setup, but if you can it would be worth trying to move the pickup to about 0.010" from the reluctor. Prob not gonna work, but at this point why not. Might as well... I put the new, used stator on and still no good!! The same story... Now IM REALLY lost

You still breaking in or what?? Why the front wheel stay so low? Open that thing up some!! Riding that at less than 30mph is like watching a beasty Lion in a cage... Both of which make me depressed!!

Yup I like Shell's "V-power", 76 with "proclean" is my second choice. Chevron is junk!

Disconnect the stator and kick the engine over with a DMM attached to the pickup wire from the stator and a ground on the other probe. Should get something near 0.5VAC. If not, first check the reluctor air gap (0.010-0.030"). So its official the reluctor air gap is within spec (0.023in.) and its only giving me 0.1VAC! *sigh* I lucked out on a used one but it has to come from the UK.. It was my least expensive option and it still was expensive! Also I been doing some reading and I think that my terminology was off I should have said it felt like it was "cutting out" not "bogging".. Its kind of easy to confuse the two, especially over the inter webs. Sorry about that.. Anyways wish me luck on this one!

I run 91 in all bikes. And my cages as well. I occasionally run 107 in my car but thats for another conversation LOL. The higher the octane rating the less volatile the fuel is.... Meaning it takes more heat to ignite the higher octane fuel, which allows you to run more timing or more boost safely.
