Thats pretty much what I am using. I got mine from ebay too for 18USD. Its not the one from partsforscooters, I just used that link as an example. They are cheap because they are Keihin clones and not the original Keihin. Sometimes you may have to swap the wires around on the choke for it to work properly, and make sure you put your quality jets in it if the ones it comes with look untrustworthy.

Yea man I hear you, I live in Cali so my riding season is pretty much year round too I only take the cage when it rains, I brave the cold, I have some good quality base layers.

Polini 248.002 Is what I use. IDK know the dimensions but they work great for me... Sorry I know that doesnt help. However the gears are the same as AF16!! So lets get you in the 70mph club!!
edit** I just saw that one of my parts suppliers now has 7.5:1 gears available, maybe you can get to the 80mph club!!

You might as well just get A Yamaha Jog, A 2t Zuma, or a Honda Elite 50 2001 or older.

Yea Racing Planet is terrible I ordered from them about three times and was greatly disappointed twice, so I done with those jokers!! They always claim things are held up in customs!

Check the pulley sheaves and make sure they spin freely like they are supposed to. They may be hanging up.. Also some CVT venting may help too.

NGK CR2 The Bando coil idk. I gwt mne frome autotech355 on ebay. theres only 2 types i believe so get the one that looks like yours

bando taiwan coils are ok i hear. then ngk makes high quality wires. ngk cr2 is the one i use on all my bikes.
